Welcome to Hebei Fengye Pipeline Engineering CO.,LTD, which is located in Cangzhou City , close to Tianjin Port , Beijing-Shanghai Railway and Beijing International Airport . Our company is built in 1990 , shareholding reformed in 1998. The covering area is 85,000 square meters . Every year the fittings production is about 18000 tons and our basic stock of alloy steel pipes is about 30000 tons.
FengYe has been a technology company integrating research , development , production and marketing. Our company has the first-rate production equipment , full range of testing machine , strong technical force and advanced management mode. The main manufacturing facilities include carbon steel and alloy steel elbow pushing machine , stainless steel elbow pushing machine , tee cold drawing machine , tee and reducer hydraulic molding machine , bend pushing machine , electric welding machine , automatic longitudinal seam welder , plate shear , CNC lathe , large vertical lathe , planomiller and other equipments for 150 sets or so.
FengYe pays more attention to the hardware management , keeps upgrading on the production equipment. We have brought in two new pushing machines which can produce seamless elbows DN900×90mm, two vertical lathes which can machine parts of Φ5000mm, a new tee hydraulic molding machine of 11000 tons which can produce DN700×40mm seamless tees. The improving of the production equipment helps to expand the company’s business scope, effectively accelerate the development of enterprises.
FengYe has 321 staffs , including 1 senior engineer , 4 engineers , 6 assistant engineers , 112 professional technicians and 16 special equipment inspectors . The quality is the foundation of the enterprise. Our company strictly carries out ISO9001-2008 standard. The material qualified rate is 100% , the product pass rate is above 98% , the customer feedback satisfiedrate gets more than 99%, the rate of problem to correct is 100%.
There are over 50 sets of testing facilities in FengYe. The testing scope includes material direct-reading spectroscopic analysis , X – ray inspection , magnetic testing , penetrant testing , ultrasonic flaw detection , Metal material metallographic analysis , chemical testing and some mechanical property testing about impacting , hydraulic pressure , tensile testing , infrared monitoring and other monitoring items . The product quality has been effectively guaranteed through the whole-course testing. And we have got the certificate of ISO9001-2008 , special equipment manufacturing , CE and PED.
